Tracey Mosley’s job fits his passion for helping others get their lives on track. Mosley directs the ULGA’s programs that primarily serve at-risk youth and young adults who come from high poverty and high crime neighborhoods. His mission is to encourage, mentor and develop them “to reach their highest potential.” Prior to his current position as manager of Youth Programs, Mosley managed Transitional Services, a ULGA program that mentors and counsels men and women transitioning from incarceration, homelessness, unemployment and underemployment.
Mosley began his career as a senior account manager and marketing research director for the higher education division of Phoenix Communications, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia. He spent 14 years at Delta Air Lines in several capacities including supervisor for international airport services at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and as a senior project manager for Delta’s Worldwide Global Marketing.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of Wisconsin. Mosley is now in training as an interventionist, following his calling to counsel men and women to live clean, sober lifestyles, specifically ones who are transitioning back to their communities.
