TECHBRIDGE & URBAN LEAGUE TECHNOLOGY CAREER PROGRAM
APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 3, 2021

TechBridge and Urban League have teamed up to offer this tuition-free, part-time, 12-week online program for the Summer 2021 Cohort. Through problem-based learning, hands-on labs, and interactive coursework, learners gain the technology skills they need to jumpstart their career in Cloud Fundamentals, HR Service Delivery, or Security Operations. In addition to technical courses, you’ll also focus on professional skills such as personal branding, diversity and equity in the workplace, whole-brain leadership and next level momentum. Additionally, we prepare you for employer meetings and interviews.

Our learning program combines self-paced and instructor-led training to prepare you for industry certifications with real-world experience. We are looking for motivated, tech savvy adults ages 18 and older in Georgia who are ready to receive the training and resources needed to succeed in the technology sector.

What does the process look like?
·         Apply – no technology experience is required.

·         Orientation on May 10 – May 13
·         Self – Paced Learning: May 17 – June 4, 2021 (Mandatory Office Hours: May 21, May 28 and June 4)
·         Instructor-Led Training Program begins on June 7
·         Prepare for interviews and employer meetings.
·         Graduation
·         Advance your career!

What are the learning pathways?
1.       Cloud Fundamentals - Gain an understanding of cloud concepts, services, security, architecture, pricing, service-level agreements. Full-time and Part-time options.
2.       ServiceNow HR Service Delivery - Learn how to build, manage, and maintain human resources operational processes that include onboarding and organizing employee interactions and HR workflows. Part-time only.
3.       ServiceNow Security Operations – Learn how to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities in software, operating systems, assets, and resolve security incidents. Part-time only.

Requirements and Qualifications:
·         Authorized to work in United States
·         Earned a high school diploma or GED
·         18 years or older
·         Resident of Georgia
·         Referral from Urban League of Greater Atlanta
·         Access to a computer and the internet
