Digital Skills Training and Computer Distribution

Hello Metro-Atlanta Residents!

Interested in digital skills training?

YOU MUST REGISTER AND ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS TO RECEIVE FREE COMPUTER

 

SESSION 1 – Friday, 11/12: 9:30am – 1:30pm (Virtual)

SESSION 2 – Friday, 11/19 9:30am – 1:30pm (In-Person)

At Promise Youth & Community Center South located at 836 Metropolitan Parkway, SW Atlanta, GA 30310

To participate, adults (18+) must:

  1. Have reliable internet service (if you don’t have internet, WE CAN HELP!)
  2. Have limited or no digital experience
  3. Must commit to completing the 8 hours of learning (Friday 11/12 & 11/19)
  4. Will receive a refurbished computer after attending both sessions.

Classes will cover basic digital literacy topics:

●      Operating a device

●      Exploring the internet

●      Learning how to use Email

●      Microsoft Office apps

●      …and more!

 

Each class is 4 hours and you MUST ATTEND both classes.

Due to the COVID pandemic, classes will be taught online by a qualified instructor.

Learners will receive a free computer to keep and continue their learning.

Each class is limited to 20 adults, so reserve your space today!
