This class will cover mortgages, credit, home inspections, insurance, down payment assistance, and fair housing. Upon completing the workshop, you will earn a certificate of completion and eligibility to participate in Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs from state, county DPA programs, and some lenders.

This is a 2 Part HUD certified Homebuyer Education class. You MUST attend both sessions to receive a certificate.

This class is required for the Progressive UpPayment Program.
