Learn the essentials of buying a home, including mortgages, credit, home inspections, insurance, Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs, and Fair Housing rights. Please Note: If you plan to purchase a home with a spouse, partner, family member, or other co-applicant, both applicants must register separately and attend the workshop in person.

Upon completing the workshop, you will earn a certificate of completion and eligibility to participate in Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs from state, county DPA programs, and some lenders. This is a 2 Part HUD certified Homebuyer Education class. You MUST attend both sessions to receive a certificate. This class is required for the Progressive UpPayment Program.

Join us for Super Saturday, a free one-day Homebuyer Education Workshop & Expo designed to help aspiring homeowners gain the knowledge, resources, and connections needed to purchase a home with confidence. Participants will hear from housing and real estate professionals, learn about mortgage readiness, credit, and down payment assistance programs, and connect with lenders, REALTORS®, housing counselors, and community partners. Attendees who complete the full workshop will receive a Homebuyer Education Certificate, which may be required to qualify for certain down payment assistance programs. Registration is free but required. Space is limited.
