The forms wil be sent to CERF@ulgatl.org – If you have questions about the forms please send an email to CERF@ulgatl.org 

Once the documents have been submitted you will receive a call from a representative from ULGA in 24 to 48 hours to verify documents, request additonal documentations, confirm receipt of documents, clarification on next steps regarding your financial request.


IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU ATTEND THE ULGA FEERC ORIENTATION YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO THE REGISTRATION LINK AFTER SUBMISSION
