Join us as we prepare you for successful homeownership! This class will cover mortgages, credit, home inspections, insurance, down payment assistance, and fair housing. Upon completing the workshop, you will earn a certificate of completion and eligibility to participate in Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs from state, county DPA programs, and some lenders. This is a 2 Part HUD certified Homebuyer Education class. You MUST attend both sessions to receive a certificate. This class is required for the Progressive UpPayment Program.
