Each coach has a particular area of focus. You may contact the coach you need to either answer a specific question or schedule a coaching session.

Marc Parham, Director of Entrepreneurship, Urban League of Greater Atlanta
Marc E. Parham is a small business expert, professional speaker, radio host and author of the books “Yes I Can – Develop My Idea and Start My Own Business” and his latest release “To Boldly Go”. He has been working for over 20 years to help people start and grow businesses.
His mission is simple, to educate and coach people to start taking more control of their lives by learning how to start their own small business.
Marc is the director of the entrepreneurship center for Urban League of Greater Atlanta, managing partner at the CAPBuilder Network Group; (www.capbuildernetwork.com) and host of the CAPBuilder Talk radio (www.capbuildertalk.com) that provides articles, information, and resources to help start and grow small businesses. Renzie R. Richardson, Business coach, and trainer

Renzie has more than twenty years of experience in human resources and leadership development. Since 2008, she has been advising and helping small businesses access commercial, State, and federal contract opportunities, and providing post-award management services. As a business coach, her areas of expertise are business planning, certifying, and proposal writing.
Danielle Miller, Business coach, and trainer

Optimal Strategies is a consulting firm based in Atlanta Metro Area, that specializes in business consulting and proposal writing in the government market. We help small businesses grow by meticulously executing insightful business development strategies. As the Founder and President of Optimal Strategies, I graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL with a B.A in English/Journalism. I started my consulting career for government contractors as a proposal writer. I subsequently expanded the services offered to include government certifications, capture management, business coaching, capability statements and administrative support services. Before founding Optimal Strategies, I worked in the financial industry as a Personal Banker and I have over 10 years of management, leadership, and strategic planning experience. After a successful career in management, I continued my passion to lead and manage by helping small businesses to better understand the government procurement process, develop winning proposals, and ultimately learn how their business can be successful in government contracting.
Ira has over six years of project management experience and ten years of extensive experience in financial services. Currently, as a self-employed consultative project manager, he assists organizations through methods designed to establish and nurture an environment of collaboration, efficiency, and standardization. Dynamic and motivated project manager with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing effective communication strategies and fostering a high performing team environment. Skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. An adaptable and transformational leader with an ability to work independently, creating effective presentations, and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals.
Dr. LaTarsha Holden, Business Coach, and Trainer

LaTarsha Holden is a native of Atlanta, GA. She was a walking statistic: high-school drop-out, four kids by the age of twenty-two, welfare recipient, low self-esteem, mentally, verbally and physically abused. The predictable outcome was a life of poverty, dependency on welfare, uneducated and underemployed with little chance of success.
Amazingly at the age of thirty-five while homeless with six children she decided to fight for her dreams and children and enrolled in college in “2007.” She has defied the odds and continues to shatter glass ceilings as she went from being homeless with six children to a political candidate in the “2017” election, from a GED to a Doctorate degree and became a 12x published author. She was also included in the 2014 edition of Who’s Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
