Record Restriction Offers Second Chances
Have you ever been arrested but never convicted? Thousands of people find themselves in this situation. An arrest record, even without a conviction, can hold you back from jobs, housing, and more.
If this applies to you, there is hope.
Record Restriction is a legal way to clear arrest records if you have never been convicted. On April 29, you are invited to participate in the Fulton County Record Restriction Summit.
Hosted by Fulton County Chairman John H. Eaves and Dr. Raphael G. Warnock, Senior Pastor of Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, this one-day event will help thousands who have been arrested without conviction in Fulton County clear their records and get a second chance.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Complete the Online Pre-Registration Form.
- If you can’t complete the online form, come in-person on February 16 with copies of your arrest records and a current driver’s license.
- Come to the Record Restriction Summit on Saturday, April 19. (Bring your confirmation from pre-registration.)
- You Must Bring A Valid Driver’s License.
